Who is eligible for rebates?
Rebates are available for any single-family, duplex, tri-plex, or four-plex dwelling units served by an El Paso Electric Residential electric meter. Multi-family units must be pre-screened and approved by the program team. Please contact 915-255-4300 if you have a multi-family customer interested in participating.

Why are the rebates made available to EPE Energy customers?
El Paso Electric provides rebates on energy-efficient products to help their customers save energy and live comfortably. Customers receive these rebates through trade allies.

What information is needed to create an account on the portal?
To set up a portal account the following information is required.

- Primary Account Holder First Name
- Primary Account Holder Last Name
- Account holder's email address
- Account holder's phone number
- Account address
- You will also be asked to respond to a captcha as well as read and acknowledge the End User License Agreement.
How much time do I have to submit for a rebate?
Projects that are installed in the calendar year need to be submitted no later than November 30 to receive any potential rebate for the install.
Do the programs run out of rebate funding?
Each year there is limited funding for the programs and is at a first-come first-serve basis. The sooner you get your project submitted the better chances you have of receiving the rebate.

How long does it take to receive a rebate?
Once we receive the project and all looks good, the project will be approved for payment. From this point it can take up to 4-8 weeks to receive the rebate.
